The valuations for 2008 have just been published on Ndlambe’s website. According the Kenton/Boesmans Chamber of Commerce there are grave inconsistencies in these valuations. Property owners in Boesmans are urged to download the Boesmansriviermond Valuations file (120kb in PDF format) and check that their properties have been valued accurately.
If you think your property is valued incorrectly you may appeal before Friday, 16 May 2008. More documents from Ndlambe can be found here. For more enquiries contact André Buys at abuys@ndlambe.co.za.

Update: I seem to remember reading in the latest Talk of The Town that all of these valuations have now been scrapped due to inconsistencies in the roll. I believe the article said that the previous valuations will remain in place for another year and that the process will be revisited at a later stage.
